Are Your Products Authentic?

The products sold on BQ Luxury Closet are all 100% original, almost all the rest of the overstocks have been purchased directly from the brands, licensees, or official distributors. We personally verify the authenticity and provenance of each product, and each product comes with the original tag attached.

Why do you have limited quantities on some items?

The reason why we offer limited quantities, is that our platform only offers past season / rest overstocks that have been sourced directly from the brands, but that is also the reason why we can offer such large discounts on our offerings. Please note that, we suggest finalizing your purchase as soon as possible since it’s rare that we restock the same item

Do you accept returns?

All returns must be in the perfect original condition as the original shipment, along with any original attachments such as tags, box, or dustbag. We have the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn or washed and with a used scent. For declined returns, the order will be shipped to the buyer and any additional shipping charges will be invoiced. 

We offer a 14-day return policy from the day the package is delivered. Returns that are shipped back after the 14-day policy will be rejected and shipped back to the original dispatch address. Any returns after the 14-day return policy are subject to a restocking fee of 20% and/or rejection.

For defects and wrong shipped items, the customer must contact BQ Luxury Closet by email to [email protected] within 14 days. Such emails should include the date of purchase and photographic evidence. In any such cases, BQ Luxury Closet will provide a return label to you to have the defective/wrong item is shipped back.

The cost of return shipment will be borne by the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number. All returns need to be shipped back with UPS, DHL or FedEx. Due to long delivery time, we do not accept any local Postal Service.
Any returns that are due with customs charges will be covered by the buyer. Either by invoice or will be deducted from the original refund. To offer faster refund we recommend selecting the option of the sender paying for all customs duties.

Any agreed refunds will be made by bank transfer or by PayPal within 5 business days of received and approved returns.
